What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message, along with any file you attach.

We collect analytics data about page visits only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to maintain a record of our business communications. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for three years from last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project records are retained for the period required by contract and applicable law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@ergebinstechnologies.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

We operate an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
