An initiative of Ergebins Technologies Private Limited
DICADelhi Institute of Communication and Analytics
The gap between a degree and a first analytics job is practice. DICA is where you get it.
About DICA
Built by people who do the work
DICA stands for Delhi Institute of Communication and Analytics. It is the skill development initiative of Ergebins Technologies, built because the work we do every day — gathering requirements, modelling processes, cleaning data, building dashboards — is rarely what a classroom prepares people for.
Programmes are taught live by practitioners who are currently delivering client work, built around real project briefs rather than textbook datasets, and paced so that working professionals can keep their jobs while they study.

Student success
What alumni say
The BRD I wrote in the capstone became the sample I sent with every application. Two interviews asked me to walk through it.
I came in knowing Excel and left able to defend a dashboard design decision in an interview. That was the difference.
Mock interviews were harder than the real one. That was the point, I think.
