Ergebins Technologies Private Limited builds software for organisations where the system has to work, be defensible in an audit, and still be maintainable in five years. That combination is the whole reason we exist.
Our story
Started with one build, kept by the second
We began as a small team taking on custom web and mobile work. The projects that kept coming back were the difficult ones — regulated data, legacy integrations, users who could not tolerate downtime.
So we built the practice around that: business analysts who write requirements an auditor can follow, engineers who treat security as part of the definition of done, and a delivery process appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 5 rather than described in a brochure.
Today we work with startups shipping their first product, enterprises modernising decade-old systems, and government departments digitising records that have never been indexed.

Four things we do not negotiate on
Say the hard thing early
If a scope will not fit the budget or the date, we say so in week one, not month four.
Write it down
Decisions, assumptions and trade-offs are documented. Institutional memory should not live in one person.
Ship increments
Working software every sprint. Progress that cannot be demonstrated is not progress.
Own the outcome
The engagement ends when the client is running the system successfully, not when the last ticket closes.

June 2019
Ergebins Technologies Private Limited incorporated, taking on custom web and mobile builds.
2020
First government advisory engagement delivered; business analysis established as a standalone practice.
2021
Cloud and DevSecOps practice formed; managed services offered under a defined SLA.
2022
ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certification achieved; recognised as a Startup India (DPIIT) startup.
2023
Empaneled with U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited under the Startup Category.
2024
Applied AI practice launched — document intelligence, RAG and computer vision in production.
2025
CMMI v3.2 Maturity Level 5 appraised; DICA Academy opened to its first intake.
2026

Founder & Director
Founded Ergebins Technologies and sets its long-term direction. Leads business development and organisational growth, and holds the vision the delivery model is built around.
Jalaj Jonkar
Chief Executive Officer
Owns strategic direction and business growth across the practice. Leads client relationships at executive level and drives the innovation agenda into what we build.
Deepak Sharma
Director — Projects
Accountable for project delivery and execution. Provides technical leadership, owns quality assurance across engagements, and sees client implementations through to a working system.

How the office actually runs
Small teams with a named lead. Written status over status meetings. Code review on everything, including the lead's code. Nobody ships on a Friday evening.
Every engineer gets a learning budget and time inside working hours to use it, and everyone rotates through client-facing work at some point — you write better software when you have watched someone use it.
