Business analysis

Customs workflow analysis and SOP documentation

Project overview
Automated and manual customs workflows analysed end to end, then written up as Standard Operating Procedures the organisation can operate from.
Work ran across both automated systems and manual steps, with no single documented account of how a process actually happened or where the gaps sat.
Offsite stakeholder interviews, requirement-gathering workshops and As-Is analysis of the current system and workflows, modelled in BPMN. Findings are written up as Business Requirement Documents and Standard Operating Procedures, with To-Be requirements defined against the gaps.
Features
  • As-Is analysis of current systems and workflows
  • Stakeholder analysis and communication management
  • BPMN process modelling
  • Business Requirement Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
  • To-Be requirements defined against identified gaps
  • Software functional testing
Business outcome
SOP and BRD sets are issued workflow by workflow, giving the organisation a single documented account of how each process runs.

  • Nationwide rollout planning
  • Readiness assessment across operational locations
  • Train-the-Trainer and training manuals
  • Training delivery and final project closure reporting

Every major deliverable — readiness models, bidding documents, rollout plan, readiness reports, training manuals and the closure report — was approved by the Federal Transport Authority.
Technology stack
  • Business readiness assessment
  • Bid documentation
  • Train-the-Trainer
  • Programme reporting
Programme management

Technical advisory for a national dental council digitisation programme

Project overview
Client-side technical oversight across the design, build and rollout of a regulator’s digital platform, from SRS review through to UAT acceptance.

Programme management across stakeholders and the field team, vendor management against contract compliance, review of the SRS and SDD, and assessment of delivered modules against both the SRS and the RFP separately.
Features
  • Programme management across stakeholders and field teams
  • Vendor management against contract compliance
  • SRS and SDD review and acceptance
  • Module assessment against both SRS and RFP
  • UAT acceptance including biometric attendance and online interfaces
