About the role
You will work alongside experienced analysts on live discovery and documentation assignments. The role is designed to build practical judgement: asking the right questions, finding gaps and writing requirements that delivery teams can use.
What you will do
- Join stakeholder interviews and capture decisions, assumptions and open questions.
- Draft BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and meeting notes under review.
- Map current and future processes using BPMN or structured flowcharts.
- Support requirement traceability, UAT preparation and documentation quality checks.
Eligibility and education
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Available for the full six-month internship and able to work from the Ghaziabad office on agreed days.
- Strong written and spoken English; academic or personal project work may substitute for prior employment.
Required skills
- Structured problem-solving and careful written communication.
- Working knowledge of process mapping and common office productivity tools.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar business domains and ask clear follow-up questions.
Good to have
- Exposure to BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, Visio or draw.io.
- A sample requirements document, process map or case-study assignment.
